Also don't forget the threaded bump stops on each side of the hood that help adjust the left and right front height, these , in combination with adjusting the placement of the hood patch ensure perfect fit on front end

I had to move these on my 06 with the factory hood to get it lined up. The driver side was about 1/4" lower than the other. A couple if twist on these and it was perfect.
I take it you own or run Vaipair Performance. Where abouts are you in Santa Rosa? My wife and I were out there last April and stayed at Vintners Inn, a fantastic place!!!!! We rented a Shelby GT vert for the week and had a blast, I did anyway, driving to all the wineries. We can't wait to come back there again.
So how does one adjust the height of the hood at the rear...by the hinge. My hood is low on the drivers side and has actually allowed the hood pad to rub the white lettering off the electrical panel on the driver's side of the engine bay. I adjusted the front...it is better....
I am interested in the VipAir hood........Frog I sent you a PM....let's see if we can work a deal......
