Explaining Viper things to you
I'm planning on adding the Viper logo to my hoodpad and have a
few concepts Davechopped. Which would you do? Do not pass on
the opportunity to tell me your girlfriend's cat is smarter
than me, if that's how you feel.

Striped...

I like the the first one with the stripes.
gives it a **** diver down type look.

from the looks of it you have a new pad?

I am considering painting mine this weekend, what type of paint did you use, I assume it must be hi temp.

i voted for #1 as well since its unique and no one has it. I like the white one a lot but id imagine it would get very dirty under there.

Good job!

Stripes are it. They are the added touch to make the hood pad match.:2tu:

Especially if you end up adding color to your seats too.

I like the first one. If you do it, can you share how'd you able to use a stencil? Or any format that you where using for that matter. The reason I'm asking, is I did this when I painted my hood pad but the stencil did not adhere well so I end up with a crappy letterings :dunno:. I end up painting the whole area red to cover the letters. Put the pics when you're done.

Dave, I would drop the Viper GTS altogether and make a modification statement... "Supercharged" "666 HORSEPOWER", etc...

When you do it...go with the stripes.

It's the reference to spurs... Texas... Vipers...
BTW, the logo nears completion. Striped it is.
Pics to follow.

YAYYYY....stripes won!!! GREAT job with that, Dave! Looking forward to your pics. ~juli
