How can I get my ACR on the new F1 track before any one else?

Have you read...Austin = F1...Woohoo. Theirs a new track to be built...my ACR...first...how can I make that happen?

Looks like the next VOI is gonna be in Austin...Hahaa

I am sooo excited about F1 in the US again...and the addition of another track that is local...
