I just got a piece of 1/2" think alum. and bolted it down in the dip @ the end of the driveway. Works great and water can still travel under it.

What do you guys use or do to avoid this "drive way" scraping?

I've found that no amount of angled approach to my curbed driveway in a forward direction can prevent my car from scraping the air deflector. I've measured it and it is only 3 1/4 inches off the ground.

The only way I do not scrape anything is by slowly backing into my driveway. No more scraping when I do it that way.
