Last Saturday, the AL/TN region held a meeting, tech session, and cruise in Gadsden, Alabama. Crown Motors hosted the event.
President Jim Groom and I worried about attendance and weather. We won big time on both counts. The sun shone and 13 snakes came. Additionally, we had a Prowler and a new Crossfire. Chris Charleston conducted the tech session and, along with Crown's James Klingbeil, answered all questions club members posed. Chris also provided a slide presentation which covered all steps in the construction of a Viper.
Crown provided prizes of radios, stopwatches, bound books on Vipers, and Viper golf shirts for all club members.
Three non-members attended and were sufficiently impressed and membership applications were requested.
As you would imagine, the crowds gathered when word got out that there were 13 Vipers parked in front of Crown Motors.
Thanks to all who helped make it such a success.
