Hey Robert. The only way to convert your existing fog lamps to yellow is to add a yellow piece of plastic (use polycarbonate, acrylic may melt) between the inner fog lamp lens and the outer cover. No one makes yellow fog lamp bulbs (that I am aware of).
If you do find yellow bulbs that fit make sure the wattage is close to original equipment. Higher wattage bulbs will draw more current than your cars electrical system is designed to handle.
Your last option would be to find a set of aftermarket lamps that will fit in your fascia. Mounting them might be tricky.
