You listed $7,000 worth of parts, which was high and not needed. Most Gen IVs should trap 126, 127, 128 stock on a good day.
Let's try this:
$1900 - M&M headers
$1100 - Belanger exhaust currently on sale (regularly under $1400)
$0000 - Stock filter, or K&N replacement if you want to spend $50.
$1000 - Mopar PCM
$0600 - Ported lower from Greg Goods heads
So you are at $4600, you have room left over for gears, and some beverages. This list of mods the Gen IV should be trapping well above 130mph, same as that C7 with a 150 shot. What I have yet to see from any Gen IV is a 1.40 60ft with these kind of mods. The results? 10.4, 10.5, 10.6 ET because of it.
Or if you had to have Belangers, the complete Belanger setup is currently avail for $3500 without cats. Bringing your total to $5100. If you had to have the K&N Dual filter setup on top of that, sure add $500, Still only at $5,600.
If you had to have ACR-X headers for $2600 & Corsa exhaust for $1500 and the fancy K&N for $500 plus Mopar ECU for $1000 with ported lower for $600 you are looking at a total of $6,600
Ported Gen IV heads are not needed to run 130+mph. Many have reported 25hp from them, but many have trapped over 130 without the $4,000+ investment.
