I need a panner wrench for a 2008 viper acr

I bought a 2008 viper acr and either can't find the spanner wrench or it wasn't in the car. Can someone tell me the best way to get a replacement?

OK. This may be a dumb question as I am a new owner of a Viper. But what is the spanner ***** used for? Should I have one for my 2008 SRT?

The adjustable tool for the ACR KW shocks. No need for this on a standard Coupe or Vert.
