Happy New Year, Everyone !!!

As you recall, we will have our first meeting in the new year this coming Saturday, January 8, 2005 at 1:00 PM EST. This meeting will be held at the Cincinnati Convention Center downtown, noting that the 45th Annual Cavalcade of Customs is taking place all weekend at the Convention Center !!!

Southern Director Fred Caldwell will meet us in the lobby and arrange for free admission to the Show (Fred is also the Promoter of this Show).

Plan to meet inside the front lobby of the Convention Center at the end nearest the corner of 5th and Elm St....BE THERE BY 1:00 PM. (inside the building)...and we will then proceed to a private room upstairs for a brief meeting. Following the meeting, we can spend the afternoon enjoying the Show, and eating from the numerous concession stands.

ALL VCA members are welcome...as are ALL Viper owners.

No special parking arrangements that I know of...maybe the some of the Cinci folks will jump in here.

Weather looks better, so travel times should be about normal.

At this time I will be heading up from Evansville via way of Louisville. I would like to drive the Viper but I would like to know about parking and get a better feel for the weather. If no parking and/or bad weather, I will drive my RAM.

Guys, I JUST spoke with Fred...the parking is across the street in a public garage...OUR suggestion would be to leave the Vipers at home this time.

Anybody driving their Vipers up? If nobody does, this kind of takes the fun out of the drive. Oh well!

I may not be able to make it anyways due to having to meet with my developer on my home saturday.

Adam, if you are comfortable with the weather, by all means, drive your Viper...however, there is far more to this particular outing than the drive. Hope you can make it.

I did not get to make it due to work. I heard the show was a dissapointment though... I sent the check in for my dues. I will be an official VCA member soon.

Sorry that you couldn't make it...Friday night's snow in central and northern Indiana stopped a few others...but, about 15 folks made the trip.
