My first RT-10 was a red Burago and I made a new paint,white with a blue pearly varnish

One of my hobbyes is to built prototypes of Viper a the 1/18 scale for my collection...it doesn't have there SRT-10 crosses,therefore I built one of them there is little...here how:

I cut the back of a GTS Burago and I put it on a SRT-10 AMT-ERTL:

I cut the rear bumper completely in large...

So,for the moment,it's not easy but you look at this:

I cut it slowly because I can't mislead me...

But front,it's necessary to prepare the SRT-10,to remove its trunck to him and to cut the reinforcement between the wings...

Here you can look the thickness of the metal bumper,not easy to cut it in large....

One centers the whole to see whether that passes

You cross progressively the whole on line well...

At the back,you cut around the rear lights...it's good for instant,we can continue to go down...

So when you cut down,you can test several times,at left and right,and to check alignement in top of the windshield...

Its not the final work,several modifications will come to improve the SRT...

Here is a RT-10 Burago that I received little horrible time ago (on Ebay...At start I buy it for parts...)...bad painting,bad condition,I should will post his rebuilding supplements...Chris.

As promised,I summarise you the building of the RT-10,its name is "Wonder"Project",and she's built for a friend...

For the first stage,all is dismounted

To make disappear old painting, I sandpaper all the body with the sandpaper n°600,rather fine paper tu use with water,as in traditional body:

You take your body....

I start with the front cap...

One hour should be counted thirty minutes to do a good work...

If as me you've sandpaper with water,clean well and do let dry,the body should not be wet,one passes to painting...

I choose a black metalik TAMIYA like basic painting,n° TS-40

two bombs are necessary...

Then,I took a bomb of white finish (gray clearly it's so good also...) an I made the lower part of the arch of the safety...

You wait 5 minutes and you put a metalik layer of black at once...

After having to slightly sandpaper the onterior of the 2 doors,you pu on a black veil of painting...
