Having my door panels off afew times to install solenoid door 'poppers' I remember that along the upper rear part of the door panel there were "screws under screws". What I mean is that there are acouple little pieces of plastic that are removed and hide other panel screws. You'll find them all. Also the door panel needs to be lifted up abit to release it from the window sill.

My '94 RT/10 could be alittle different. Just don't force anything, and look for hidden screws. (Remove the door handle plastic concave piece by pushing it back, it's easy to break.)

The door latch covers are a horrible design - definitely early 90s chrysler. They are just held on by friction and you have to slide them off (can't remember forward or backward). There is one large screw underneath. Putting the covers back on is luck - you just have to hope that friction still works. My passenger side pops off every once in a while. Also, be careful to get the little hooks lined up properly because you can snap them off easily.

The nice thing is that you can fit some fairly deep speakers in the doors(at least for my 97 GTS) - I have large 2 ohm high-end Orions that fit with a minor rubber shim to make them flush w/ the door front. Combined with the same components in the rear and a separate sub, the system sounds incredible - even loud enough to hear over the Snake-Oyl exhaust

Cybermedia,
Definately install door pops while you have the panels off, (take them off once). The "Illustrated Upgrades" / Door Solenoids are the instructions.
I sent you an email with instructions also.

The plates that Todd Richmond states, do slide to the front of the car to be removed, and there is a screw underneath the plate.
Remove the B-pillars from the door too. If you are adding door pops, I removed the wire that holds the button because it rattled inside the door.
Good luck...
