Always in the fall, just before storing my car. Also keep some in my gas can in the garage for the snow blower and so I can use the stored gas in the spring.

I have used Stabil for years when I store my motorcycles and my Viper for the winter. Put in the amount specified, fill up the tank, drive the vehicle until the Stabil is throughout the fuel system, and store. Hook up the battery tender. Starts up immediately in the spring.

Mandatory for any time the gas powered engine sits for an extended period of time. Cars, trucks, mowers, snow blowers, tractors....

I use it in all my vehicles I store for the winter, plus my lawnmower, **** eater, pressure washer, chain saw....

I figured they used the Viper since so many owners seem to put so few miles on them and need Stabil for the one tank of gas used a year ...... kidding ......
