Lake of the Ozarks Trip with KC

It's time to start thinking about our annual trip to the Lake of the Ozarks with the Kansas City Club on May 22nd. In the past we've gone to the marina first and then driven to our hotel. This year we're going to have it all in one place! This year we're staying at:

We have several rooms reserved, but you will need to mention the Viper Club to receive the 99.00 per night rate. This has always been one of our best events, and this year will be no different. We will be going to Steve and Lynn's lake home that evening and Mike and Tina's the next morning for breakfast.

my dad bought 3 ajacent lots on the lake called pomme de tere(sp?). up the road from goody's resort. anybody familiar w/ this area? bought lots in 1972. how has the area developed? HAVEN'T BEEN BACK SINCE 1975.

I'm not familiar with the area but we have some members with lake homes there. I will ask to see if they know that part of the lake. The water can be chopy due to all the big boat traffic on parts of the lake now. I'm sure it's chaged quite a bit in 30+ years!

I just wanted to say thank you very much for having us out. Teri and I had a wonderful time and really appreciate your hospitality and friendship. Please make some time next year to come to IOWA (yeah the place with all the cows, pigs, and corn) and we promise you'll have a good time. Our local mopar show is usually the second weekend in June.
