Lambo doors?

Anyone seen or done a Viper with the Lamborghini style doors?
I have seen kits that say they work on any car?
Wonder how that looks?
Anyone have pics of what that would look like?

Lambo doors have their place, and it is not on a Viper.

Never work. The Viper hood is significantly wider that the front of the doors.

Check out these two links. I know this has been talked about but I don't know if anyone tried it. I would like to see it. BTW I don't know how real lambo doors open, but on the conversions, they swing out regular about 6 inches, then up. There is a video in one of the links.

I've never had the plessure to drive a Diablo on my own, but I'm still a fan of the older beasts from Bologna... A 5000 quattrovalvole Countach, or even a P400 Miura (without scissor doors). That's more my taste.
Nevertheless, your picture made me curious, is the whole interior red? Looks menacing.

Oh come on you ever see monster garage? Of course it is doable but the question is WHY?

I think it will work on any car. Even thought the Viper hood reaches pretty far back, that fact that the door opens straight out, then up, will make it clear.

But, for the same reason, I don't know if it would look right. Lambo doors go straight up. This 'off to the side, pixy fairy, tinkerbell, wing look is kind of odd'

Those doors actually don't need as much space as normal doors. Hamann here in germany builds similar doors for BMW M3's or some Porsches. They need about 1/4 less space than the original construction needed.
