Low Beam is out

My low beam is out, high beam works but no low beam. Checked all the fuses and relays that I know of. Is there more than one fuse location for the low beam?

I installed the VEC1, that was the only thing that changed since last time it worked. I had not driven it at night for a while before for the vec install so I don't know if they worked right before the install or not.

Any help would be most appreciated!

??? I am not blaming the Vec1, it's great. Maybe my installation, but not the equipment itself.

Any helpful t-shooting suggestions would be appreciated!
