Lower Bushing Mount Issues?

In looking at my Upper A-Arm bushings and the gaps there, I decided to take a closer look at the mounting for my lowers. Turns out there there is a gap there, and the mounting points are bent. I'm not sure how the mount points got bent. Here are two pics. This seems like it should be classified as "Not Good". Can I just bend the mount points back into shape when I get the bushings fixed, or do I need to do something more drastic?

Looks like your alignment guy did not loosen up the adjustment cam bolt enough when he aligned the car.

I'd say somebody wasn't paying attention when reinstalling the bolts after the bushing change. It could also happen if they're loosened a little too much during an alignment and the tech tries to turn the adjuster with weight on the tire. :nono: Get that shop to fix it right, then do yourself a favor and never use them again.
