What is the rarest striped - most desirable - color combination for the GTS (generation 2). I think it might be the black with silver stripes. Just curious - might buy another............

Not sure of the rarest color combo, believe it is one of the sapphire blues. Most desirable goes to yellow and black stripes

The most desirable color/stripe combo is the one that the person that is stating it owns.

97 Red with white stripes is extremely rare . . . heck, it's the only one in my entire town!!

I also think the graphite with the silver stripes is pretty rare

I believe there were only 11 silver and red cars in 1998 - mine is not one of the eleven.

IMHO the Sapphire/Silver 01's and Graphite/Silver 02's and both rare and in the most demand.
Blue/White is also in demand but they made a lot of them as they did FE's.
Silver/Blue is also very rare as somebody mentioned and I would probably say the Black/Silver also falls into the in demand category. Some people tend to like the yellow/blacks also.

Rarest is the 97 Red GTS with "Gold Sparkle" Wheels (7 total built). Like Dave said, most desirable will depend on who you ask.

What ever happened to the 02' Blue ACR 1 of 1?
One of the rarest is the Sapphire with silver stripes. there was 49 Sapphire/silver striped ACRs built in 01. However, there were only 37 sapphire/silver non-ACRs. So figure half of those were GTS and half were RT10s. That's about 18. Only a couple of those were Connelly interiors.
But, everyone has to admit that there is only ONE BEST Dodge commercial and it features a Sapphire/silver ACR.

I have that book and it is obvious on the cover is a red RT/10 photoshopped to look like a B/W GTS.
