Only if i can come up with the funds to pick up the ACR X. This is why i have offered my collection up for sale. Hopefully i will be able to sell something in order to come up with my balance.

Frank, it's none of my business but I'll ask anyway! What happens to the X if you don't come up with the funds, I'm sure you have a hefty deposit on it!! I sold my FGT last year and would love to buy another but just can't afford it right now!!

Loose my Deposit, it is in the contract. This was placed in the agreement due to when the Comp Coupe was offered. Many placed deposits, may canceled orders & all rec'd deposits back. Dodge Motorsports wants Sold units ( i completely understand), this is why they placed a no refund clause in the agreement. Loosing the Deposit will hurt.

I would think with your extensive loyalty they would refund you once the car was spoken for, even though you agreed to the contract their is something to be said for brand loyalty! I hope you don't have to go through that!! If I can come up with the money I'll be calling you on the GT.
