Those are some good looking pics. The tan interior goes well with the dark green paint. Nice Viper you got there. Thanks for sharing. Oh how we love pics!

You wanna see dirty you should see mine - been forced to drive it in the rain past few days. The wheels are turning black.

That is a sweet car. I personally love the green and the that interior really makes it stand out. Congratulations.

[******] this is nice. If all goes well I should be picking mine up in the next couple of weeks.

I noticed that the color of the brake fluid is quite clear. I know this is supposed to be a "tell tale" of a car being driven hard. Would the clarity of the fluid in the photo be considered normal; or extremely clean?

I am just trying to benchmark here abit for my turn. My guess what be extremely clean (with so little miles).

Mustang is an 87 convertible never in the rain. Perfect for your son's first car!

Thanks for all of the positive input. About a year ago I was looking for a C5. But then I drove one and could not believe that they put a skirt on the Vette. No torque! Just too civil. So I decided to wait a while and get my finances straight so I could try to get a Viper. I looked forever to find the right car. I was set on yellow/tan or green/tan, which there are not that many to choose from. Anyone know production #'S for those combos? What about last 300 side pipes with tan interior? Anyway, thanks again I hope to see some of the local guys around town.

'87 5.0? Stock? I had a white '88 GT 5.0 non-vert in college. As for the son's first car, it's going to be 16 years or so.. my wife is expecting in July. Are your really selling it? It would be nice to keep both.

Nice car!!!

Now dump those accordion style inlet tubes and pick up some near free horsepower!

That GT brings back memories from my high school/college days, used to buy them and flip them, at least a dozen of them. Then became attached to a 91 LX hatch in Midnight Blue, next thing you know cam, heads, 4.10s and the front tires come off the ground, funny how that works out. Funny as a 20 year old punk I thought nothing of tossing on an NOS system without knowing a thing about, several mass air flow meters later I started to learn!!haha

keep the 5.0, in my opinion one of the pioneer cars that started the performance wars which will all still benefit from today!!

And Mike from Quebec, spill the beans, what's on the burner, GenI, GenII???

Not sure what I am going to do with the Mustang. They are hard to find in good condition. This one is bone stock, I just replaced the original Gatorbacks a year ago because they were hard as a rock even though they still had tread. Reminds me of highschool I'm in my 30's. Had Vettes and other "better" stuff before the Mustang it just takes me back to the old days. Running out of space at my current house. Next one will be 3+ garages or a cool outbuilding, but now I have to payoff the Viper!

Ryan, I'll be looking at a 2000 rt blk/blk on Monday, 41 000 kms and he wants 71000$. The car is a repo. I can't remember if I sent you that e-mail. In anycase the repo part is scaring me abit. Maybe the car has had the hell beat at of it. The last thing I need is a car letting go on me say on my way down to Grand Bend or your neck of the woods ;)

Ryan are there "*******" in Windsor. There are none in Quebec. I saw the ******* final on the Bell Express Vu a couple of weeks ago. Very nice indeed. But no Canadian women.

Oh yeah, now to answer your question; its gotta be a gen2, much bigger kick in the pants for me anyway. Too many headgasket "posts" for me to venture that road. I could not afford a mistake.

I'll send you pics of the 2000, tell me what you think. And what about that e-mail? Did you give up? My commodore 64 gets all wacked out with big files

Sweet! Now I have someone to cruise around with. I live in Hudson, just a short
drive up Rt 8. I bet we got our cars from the same place. When I bought mine
last fall, the dealer had two green/tan combo.

PS you have a message.

According to the Viper Registry Build information, there were total of 307 green Vipers produced that year (1995) and a total of 298 yellow. Does not specify how many of which exterior color / interior color combo together. Of all 1577 vipers made that year only 572 had tan interior. Now, I would venture that not many are Green/tan/last side exit exhaust.
