NEED HELP NOW 2000RT/10

I have a friend that says the Fob will not disengage alarm, Car won't start.
Do the 2000 rt/10's all have a center glove with override switch? They told me they don't have a glove box at all in the center only the a speaker. Where would this override switch be?

That is what I thought and told them. This is over phone so I can't see for myself. They say they have no glove there only speaker. I told them thats the way the older ones were. They swear its a 2000 model. Maybe who ever owned it before them changed it. I wonder if they removed the speaker if its behind it. There broke down in a parking garage.

If someone converted it it should still have the switch,just have them remove the speaker and locate the 2wire harness(1green wire,one pink wire)
