Need help to inspect viper. Pearland, TX

Ok so the 1st 2 vipers I was looking at threw up red flags. Hopefully this one works out better. Can anybody help me?

1st, Looked like it had been repainted and not very well. Big tach bolted to the dash. Holes in the back from where a wing used to be. Holes in the seats. Really really dirty. Caught me by surprise because of how low mileage it was. The car was advertised as near mint with just the bumper repainted.

2nd turned out had been wrecked. Found out from forum member through local viper tech. It was professionally repaired just seemed to be asking too much after finding out that news. Also kinda lied to me the 1st time I asked him.
