Need help with paxton

Im helping a friend install a used paxton, I got ready to install the charge cooler and noticed a o ring not in place, is this a big deal?

Yes it is! You will not build full boost and you will possibly loose more and more boost as the valve will not seal without the oring in the correct place. Disassemble the valve and reinstall the oring. Really pretty easy to do

So just remove the 2 bolt and reset the o ring right. Do I have to adjust the bottom bolt at all?
