New Best Time at the Strip

Well, I was able to attend another private track rental today. The temps were down compared to a month ago(11.49 @ 124), so I figured I'd run again. I am running on a 345/25R20 Nitto Invo rear tire, and have 630rwhp with my stock Paxton setup. Best time was a 11.23 at 131.3mph...I managed a measly 2.0 60' on that run, and only had a best of 1.93 all day. I was consistently getting low 1.8s a month ago. I guess the colder track was affecting the launch.

So, what do you guys think?

Good numbers in cold weather. The MPH is real good.

Much better mph but still not quite where 630rwhp should have you mph-wise. More practice and some good weather and you should be in the 10's at over 135mph

Love your trap speed. It must fell good to run 130 plus in the quarter mile.

Yeah...I know it's similiar to fishing stories, but if I could get my best 60foot with my best mph, holy shiit! Traction was definitely an issue today for everyone in the street tire lane...only VHT'd the track once all day

You really should get some drag radials. I finally got some, will definitely take mine back to the track when the weather gets cold. Similar results to yours, 11.2 @ 134 on Invo 20s, skating until 3rd gear.
