Hello, I'm Jack and we live in Cary, NC. I maybe one of the oldest Viper owners at 73. We have always had sport cars- XKE, Ferrari, corvettes, etc. This is our second Viper, a 2001 RT/10 in Viper Racing Yellow. I was president of a major airline, so I enjoy the speed of cars (and planes), esp. Vipers. Look foward to meeting all.

Welcome Jack and Seth, I have learned that it is true that you become involved with the VCA because of the love we all have for the Viper, but you stay because of the people. I hope you find the same. I look forward to meeting both of you. Hopefully during the Biltmore weekend!

Hey everybody!

My name is Patrick Brown, 34 years old - 1st time Viper owner, new VCA member. I've wanted a Viper since the first time I saw one in person back in the mid 90s. Took me a while, but the stars finally aligned and here I am! A few weeks ago I purchased a low mileage 2000 RT/10 from a private seller, steel gray in color. (pics available in this thread: http://forums.viperclub.org/threads/668025-Finally-the-dream-came-true!).

Seems like I'm in to a million different things, but I work in Information Technology for a local transportation company. That's like a full time job x 2, but somehow I still find time for other hobbies. At heart, I'm a tech-geek, but music is a 2nd love for me - been involved with music in some form or fashion all of my life; right now I'm teaching myself to play guitar. I also used to run a part-time mobile DJ business. I ride motorcycles (cruisers, not sportbikes) and enjoy mountain biking. I'm not married but in a great relationship.

I'm in the Hickory, NC area - I'm very much looking forward to being active with the club and can't wait to start attending some events and meeting everyone. As of right now, my girlfriend and I are planning to attend the upcoming Biltmore event although we haven't made reservations yet.

Hi all, my name is Mike Reeves. After selling Chrysler Dodge and Jeeps for 26+ years I finally own a Viper. A 2003 SRT-10 with only 5900 miles was traded on a new 2013. As soon as I seen the car, I called my wife Terri and said "Honey, we are going to own a Viper!!" 10 minutes after the customer left, I billed out. I was so excited, I felt like a kid at Christmas. Terri and I have been loving the car, yes, she drives it too. We are looking forward to meeting fellow Viper owners.
I am the sales manager at Capital Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Garner, NC and live in Willow Springs.
See you all soon, Mike.

Hey Mike, congrats on your purchase of a new lifestyle and welcome to the Viper family! I look forward to meeting you during the Biltmore trip, and for us traveling from Charlotte, we plan to join the caravan in the Hickory area (321 and 40), but only if we can get Chris to wake up early enough..................... :)

Hello all, my name is Steve H and I live 30 miles north of Charlotte, NC. I have a 2003 SRT10, all black with a lot of the usual mods done, less boost.
I am new to the club, my wife Laura and I are looking forward to attending some events and meeting other people in the viper community. Cars and coffee on the first Saturday in August sounds like a great place to start.

I have had my Viper seven years now and have just been plugging away with the upgrades over time. I can honestly say I have no interest in driving any other car.

Lack of boost issue being addressed shortly. (thanks Tony!)
