Yes, because he has installed some slick tires at the rear.

Those are some cool pica's! This Porsche has an engine which comes out a meter or so and your stock Viper is faster...

So you see, THERE'S NO SUBSTITUTE FOR CUBIC INCHES!:headbang:

You should list your mods in the signature and try to change your status to "owner" by submitting your VIN to one of the mods here :D

good pics, Cyruss though looks like you need some launching practice, all that smoking is slowing you down

Marc's FE looks cool

you're not going to be able to have an avatar in future nor a signature, unless you become a VCA member.

Sorry I just assumed your car was stock! I was all ready thinking that the other cars just had worse drivers in them, cause there were a couple of serious drivers and you did rather good.

Some news about the Viper !!!

First road test ... (last week)

And the first track event was last friday.

It is a little track, not many cars, but with some pro driver to teach you how to drive.

We were 12 on the track : some Porsche Carrera 2, Skyline R35 GTR, Lotus Europa SE ...

The rain came for the afternoon .... It was fun but difficult to learn how to "drift" with the beast ;)

That's right Neil, this track, Paul Ricard High Tech Test Track is the best in France.

Some infos :

# Run-off: asphalt run-off zones replacing gravel beds. The run-offs, highlighted by the red and blue colour strips of the Blue Line™ concept, offer crucial advantages for safety through their abrasive surface which slows down vehicles which go off the track.
# TecPro High Speed Barriers: crushable polyethylene blocks lining the safety barriers, replacing the old tyre walls. The key innovation of this system is its capacity to absorb impact energy to reduce shock to the driver
# ACO Monoblock Racing Drains: high-strength concrete/polyester gutters which ensure that the track is well drained. These gutters, which can withstand the stresses of being repeatedly driven over, provide an extra guarantee of safety for the drivers.
# Ultra-refined watering system enabling rainy driving conditions to be reproduced on 76 of the circuit’s track configurations.

Circuit Paul Ricard - Pilotage circuit F1, Auto, Moto et Karting
