Lots of good things happening over here at A&C! We are almost finished on our Gen2 and Gen3 stage 3 head package. All porting will be done on a 5 axis CNC Head porting mill. We will be finished with our port configurations and have everything fully digitized within just a few weeks.

Not only will we have a finished product to show shortly, we will be stocking a few sets of our ported heads. We will also have and provide flow numbers on our stock castings vs our full CNC port. Because there is core shift, we will be using one of our cores to break through to the water jackets to determine safety standards on wall thickness. NA cars will not build the cylinder pressure that turbo builds produce, but we will have a safety blanket in place for both.

Pricing coming soon, but as always we are very competitive and the work speaks for itself. Pictures will be followed by REAL world dyno numbers on our new Dyno Jet 224XLC for comparative results.

Should you opt to use your heads in the build and have your car delivered here, we will be able to offer remarkable turn around times. Projected times are at 3 weeks laid out as follows:

1. Dyno vehicle before heads.
2. Remove Motor (Yes, it can be done in the car, but we like things clean. And this is how we prefer to do it)
3. Disassemble engine and clean
4. Fully CNC Port heads
5. Have all parts (gaskets, pushrods, and misc needed parts) in hand before Heads are finished (7 day turn around time) Sometimes sooner!
6. Assembly
7. Chassis Dyno Tuning
8. Deliver car!

ETA from start to finish, 3 weeks!

Pricing will follow shortly as we don't like to shoot from the hip.

Not only are heads in motion, but also some very trick short block assemblies.

We are currently doing some extensive oiling system modifications to the block, including boring out the camshaft journals for our proprietary camshaft and full roller bearing assemblies. (standard viper blocks have no camshaft bearings for those unaware, and use direct oiling for camshaft bores. We are changing the design and will post teaser pictures very soon.) We feel the oiling system changes we are implementing will aid our viper engines at there weakest points and focus on supplying the oil where it is needed.

As with any engine, reduced friction is increased horsepower. We are just simply making it better.

This isn't just planning, we currently have a gen2 engine being done which will have our full oiling system mods, roller bearing journals, and a custom solid roller cam spec'd out to our CNC heads. It will also utilize an A&C Performance twin turbo system comprised of custom triple ball bearing 76mm turbos. All stainless...polished...with all fabrication work being done in house.

Expected power of this setup is....well we'll just say BIG for now

and this is a full on street car.

We'll be posting pictures of the build documenting everything from the engine....frame mods....heads....turbo build....and dyno....

We're excited to bring everything to you under one roof with A&C Performance quality.

Nothing for the gen4 heads yet. Honestly I put the gen4 items last only due to the fact that we cant get into the computers. It's usually much more conservative when we have to "keep" the computer happy vs "making" it happy :)
