I appreciate the sell side of the market and the variables involved, but I take some issue with the peer pressure of not budging on the price and everyone sticking together with higher values. It's not great advice for someone unless they are willing to sit on their car for half a year.
$50k sounds like fair pricing to the market for a 5,000-mile ACR. I'd expect it to fetch $46k or so with that price listed.
