At Sebring the Delta wing was on display but it did do some parade laps. Maybe the Viper get out there for a lap or two.

If the Viper runs Le Mans next year, it might be time and buck up to see worlds greatest race live. It's the one race I've dreamed of seeing most of my life. I think the VCA should come up with a package trip..........hint, hint anyone listening. :eater:

Don't know if this was mentioned in another thread, but I was watching some of the Le Mans coverage Saturday evening. Justin Bell was doing one of his walk-about bits and came across a couple of American guys, who gave a shout out to the Viper Club of America. They were also rallying to put Justin in the new GTS-R.

Good job guys - whoever you were.

To Baz and my fellow countrymen - I hope you enjoyed your trip and look forward to your photos.

Roger.

Ummm, Mark.

Is the grass considered a passing lane over there? We have dotted lines here where passing is permitted! :rolaugh:

Sorry. Had to. :D

No idea, that's France! One thing I did notice about French roads is the Great condition they are in compared to our roads in the UK :(
I took the car out today for a run around the local streets, it felt more like I was back in time driving across no mans land in World War 1

Great pictures!! I'm surprised to see Michelins on the race car. Aren't Perellies (excuse the spelling) the manufacture tire of choice for the '13 street Viper? I guess there is no law saying the race teams have to use the same brand tire that SRT will sell on street Vipers and recommend for replacement on them. I also understand track tires and street tires are in many ways different. I'm just surprised one brand or the other isn't used in both applications. Anyone out there able to shed light on this?

You are correct. Michelin for race and pirelli for street.

Answer is complicated but in a nut shell that's the way it is. ;)

The gentlemen with Justin Bell were Bob Carroll(past National VCA president) & Bobby Cerchione-National VCA Secretary.
The video is in this thread.
