I would like to install a oil temp sensor.

Do you think this plug could be remove to put the oil temp sensor ?

TomF&L installed an oil temp sensor in his oil pan on his Gen1 but he also recommended install the temp sensor in one of the casting ports in the oil filter adapter, such as the one you highlighted in your pic. I'm planning on installing one there this spring.

Don't you think there could be the spring of the relief valve just behind this plug ?

Not sure, But that looks to me as a housing that holds the filter bypass spring and valve. You would probably get a true reading by installing in the pan.:D:D

Right ;)

But if I can install the sensor without drilling somewhere I'll prefer ;)

Not sure. Tom's observation was based on the Gen1 oil filter adapter which is probably different than the GenII.
