Actually this stripe looks pretty good but I vote No to stripes. Its a trend thing right now and kind of ricey. Go with solid black wheels, they look great with your color scheme.

Nooooooooo. Sorry had to be 10 characters long. Apparently, the VCA does not like just a simple yes or no response. How about keep it simple stupid?

I like it on some wheels but wouldnt put it on the stock wheels. I may be a little biased :)

For cars painted other than black, I think they look better. Completely black wheels, though "evil", tend to disappear in the wheel well, i.e., they look really small. A defining stripe (or in my case a chrome or polished lip) tends to make the wheel look larger.

Just MO.

Um yeah, I have to go with whoever it was who said," all black = race & stripes = rice"

i like them but just not on stock wheels.

I have a blue pinstripe on my black wheels. In person I get nothing but compliments about it.

is it the lack of "depth" on stock wheels that makes the difference? i think i see your point.

well, since i had all of $5 invested in this, i went ahead and did the other 3 wheels. i actually like the way it looks, so i'm going to keep the stripe for awhile. When i get tired of it, i won't even have $5 invested in the removal, just 5 minutes.
i'll post up a couple of pics later. Thanks for the opinions........
