Out with the OLD in with the NEW, Interior Color Change (PICS)

Finally got tired of looking at the dull brown Dodge put in the Gen I cars. So my winter project was to swap out the carpet with black, get the seats recovered and get rid of the silly carpet on the bottom of the door panels as well. Also Replaced both rubber door seals thanks to great pricing from Chuck Tator. Total cost was about $1000 thanks to Dansauto's buddy who did the seat recovering and door panels. Now only need a new passenger plastic handle trim piece and it is done. Maybe some Yellow 5 point harness's for my birthday

The dash does make for a lot of yellow!! I guess you really need to like yellow.

As for Gen I interior options, not sure what they were smoking or thinking when offering up the two interior colors as well as the stock fuzzy dash.

Also wanted to give thanks to Paul Scharf 1-800-338-4002, the Best Place to get used Viper parts. Thanks to him I was able to get a used black carpet that looked like new, for a great price!!

I'm converting my rear exhaust to side exhaust so when I'm parked beside you at Carlisle I can blow some dust all over your clean interior. What a difference. I was getting a little a assamed running around with you and that tan interior.
By the way 5 point harness's are a good idea for you, do you ever drive under 140?

Same yellow painted dash from 2000. It does make it stand out that much more!!
