Our LETHAL 650 package uses a stock bottom end. All of the ones we have built have exceeded 550 rwhp. Our packages use catalytic converters and are emissions friendly as well. Driveability is great too; no surging, hanging idles, etc.. Actually, it's a conservative setup with a VERY BROAD powerband and very noticeable gains over stock everywhere (2000-6000 rpms). We have seen many other 'packages' out there that yield decent peak numbers yet yield lower low-mid range numbers (some even lower than stock below 3500 rpms). Our packages are designed to make more power everywhere. We are finishing up another LETHAL 650 for a CA customer (needs to pass emissions sniffer) shortly and will post dyno results.
