So, what are they going for these days? Any special dealer incentives to move them before the 2008s start arriving? I recently sold my Yellow 2005 and the need for Viper #7 is growing!

All I can tell you is back in Feb. '07 I bought mine, brand new w/29 miles, for ~70K. Sticker was $87,***.

Black/No stripes/10 spokes. (I sold the 10 spokes and picked up the FE wheels)

Guess it depends on how anxious the dealer is to move what he has.

Now with the new 08s coming out. I would expect to see a little more of a discount seeing that the 08s are going to be the same price as 06s!

I think they pretty much bottomed out back in February between $70-75k. There are only a few left. I see a few with approximatley 100-300 miles that the dealers are considering new, but very few actual 'new' ones. I paid $75k for my coupe (blue/silver) in Feb. with the 5 spoke wheels.

Before I ordered my 08 I looked at a 06 that was at a local dealer. It came down to "Make me an offer" AND this was just after he started with an asking price of $65k. We talked more and I came close to doing the deal when we got to 61k (it was a Vert./slate gray). Since I knew about the 08, wanted a coupe, and a different color, I passed on it. What is important is that during all the negotiations he told me that there was a 10k incentive to him from Dodge for in effect taking a "leftover". Dealers who agreed to take the remaining 06 Vipers still in DODGE inventory got this incentive. The way he explained it, dealers who had previously ordered their Vipers and received them and were already in DEALER inventory did NOT got this. The incentive was for dealers stepping up and taking an 06 from Dodge when the 08 was around the corner with the bigger power. I could not verify what I was told but the GM of the dealer seemed legit about it, so if this is bogus please do not shoot the messenger (me).

MJF:

That is true. To sell the last remaining 06s Dodge did give out this offer. It was known by only a few until a it turned into a discussion on here months back. A local dealer that I work with got a Slate Vert in and they told me that they would give me almost $20K off sticker if I took it. I am just not as huge of a fan of the SRTs as my RT but it was one sweet deal.
