Question about aftermarket part?

I saw a viper that had what appeared to be an aftermarket body part that was placed inside the air ducts right behind the front tires. I am not sure if they were connected to the hood or how they were connected to the viper. It seemed like they were slotts or "gills" inside the air ducts. Anybody know where to get these and how they are mounted?

Do you have pictures of them on a car? If I could see them on the car then I could definitely say "yes" or "no". From the picture, they do look like them.

This piece is a replacement for the smooth OEM panel and is attached the same way the OEM panel is.

As far as I know they aren't made anymore. There was a set on ebay that went for around 300 a couple of months ago. I like them and didn't bid high enough.
