Question about Venom Edition

I recently raced a guy on the highway with a Venom Edition GTS with snakes head graphics on the side, a big wing and I think some sort of body kit. He said that it was put out by [******], but didn'y have any horsepower upgrades, which I thought was odd. Did they really put out an edition with just body kits?

Body kits were all some of the full treatment cars got too..... LOL!!!!!!
