I have seen many roadrace cars that have installed a metal "frame" around the
exhaust opening in the rear bumper to deal with heat burning/melting the plastic
that surrounds the exhaust tip.

I have heat issues/melting and was wondering if anyone makes this heat shield
around the exhaust tip hole on the rear bumper. Does anyone have a line on the
source of this mod?

Nope. I have seen cars that have brushed aluminum, or stainless steel riveted
to the actual bumper creating what looks like a frame around the exhaust hole
that the pipes exit. I have seen it on Archer's cars and other GT1/GT2 cars
that dont use side exhaust. Similar to what some of the racers do to the
exhaust opening on the sills come to think of it.
