They are mailed out in bulk in a couple of batches. If you renewed before the 31st of jan i think your stuff was sent out in the first batch.

Was able to use the letter opener right away.
The membership badges had a little cut out where you are supposed to put the clips. They were not punched out. I used the letter opener to punch out the cut outs. Everything worked out fantastic. Good thinking ahead : >)
Always appreciate getting packages from VCA. Kind of a highlight of the day.
