where should i take my wheels for polishing/clear ccoating. i'm in no. cal.

Hi Ed,
I have never had it done so I can't speak from personal experiance. There is a place called Wheel Techniques off of Dela Cruz (near the airport) in San Jose that can do anything to a wheel. They have straighten some rims for me and did a good job.

I don't know of any place in the Monterey area. You could send IllSMOQ a PM and get his recommendations. I sure here can point you in the right direction.

I use wheel techniques-san jose (408) 496-6363 and wheels america-hayward area (510) 487-9000 Either way it's around 175 per wheel if you want them clear coated again(paint).

With out clear coat its 125-150 per wheel. The clear coat from these guys is not very durable and will peel off if it is nicked.
