I've only had good experiences with the Roe crew. Dave included.

Sean has replied to this post. It seems things are getting resolved lets end this post so that others dont get a bad opinion of a good Viper person for the wrong reasons.

Re: Customer Service

Hi Guys,
I'm sad to see that I find about this on the internet versus in person or over the phone.
If anyone ever needs help, just contact me. The shop # is 904-529-1219 and you have to press 3, then # to reach me.
For after hours and on weekends, my mobile # is 904-535-4949.
If I don’t have an immediate answer, I will work on it and get back to you.
Al, in your particular case, the issue seems to boil down to just how Dave dealt with you. I apologize that you received anything less that the service you, or any of us, feel like we deserve. Please accept the apologies of myself and the staff.
Tuning is not terribly difficult with the car in person and I will do all I can to assist whichever shop is closest to you.
Regards,
Sean

The guy posts his cell phone number, yet his customer service is no good?? Give me a break...... Well done Sean...

Hey Plum, Thanks for thinking about me...I just got my car back a couple of days ago. I installed Edelbrock headers & shields, Harland Sharp 1.7 rockers, 7.5 inch pushrods, ABs wires, Alans Performance aluminum radiator & fan upgrade, Raptor shift light, Moroso catch can, 3 inch Belanger cats, and resonators..The tech I had install says he can tune it for me...He has looked over the program, we are going to do some login runs this week. I bought the VEC 2 card reader writer and we will see what happens...My tech is very capable and does awesome work and is positive he will get my detonation problem cured...I will post the final results soon as I get it done...Thanks...AL

00Prowler: Is your tuner located in CT? I'm looking for a good tuner, at least a good Dyno facility in CT. Any recommendations?

The best news is that you, OOProwler, are going to get your car tuned. My guess is that once you get your igition curves set you will be one happy dude. Now that you have so many good people offering you help (Sean, Joe, etc, etc) my only advice is to learn s much as you personlly can about the VEC and logging. In your case, it will be worth the few hours it will take.

Yes, Im in CT and would be happy to sit down with you and go over what I've done for my Rig. Just the same way guys like Aaron and Steve and Joe an Mr. H. H. , etc. etc. spent time with me. I've said this before, my Viper is so much better than when it was stock that it is ridiculous. I thought I had the best running Viper around.....what a supercharger and a VEC does for a Viper when it is properly tuned is incredible. Am I getting every last HP out of the rig, heck no! But from idle to WOT it is P-E-R-F-E-C-T and I am as anal as they come about my tune. I actually look at guys with stock rigs and are fearful of supercharging and feel sorry for them, but to each his own. That is why I take as much time as I do to help out...I want to see everybody experience the incredible results of a forced induction Viper. When you sit in there and hear that S/C begin to wind-up, that incredible perfect jet engine whistle...man!!!
