RT10 gas cap area filling up full of water like a pool after a big rain.

Any suggestions to stop it?
Once filled, it's like a fishing pond, it then leaks into my tank (Through the gas cap is my guess.) and I have to drain the entire tank.
The drain holes inside the cap area seem to get plugged.

Is there an aftermarket fix??

I don't know of a kit or anything like that but would think you could clean out the drain hole with a medium gauge wire so it would drain. I have a few GTSs (no RT/10's) and the gas cap well drain does not go Into the tank.....that seems very odd Indeed. Sorry to not be more helpful.

You need a better/new gas cap if it's not sealing?

Roto Rooter the drain hole next to the gas cap. And keep your car out of the rain.

Running with slicks, I am no fan of rain.
But in Florida it rains on and off every hour. Roto Rooter and a new cap are in order.
