John,

That's VERY interesting , you are not alone in this. I've heard many ppl getting packages like that (500's , 550's, 600's, etc only to find out they dyno no where NEAR the intended number.. What gives?

I had my 1995 RT/10 #28 Venom 550 (miles 7000) dynoed in Illinois at the same place as the viper club did 2 days prior. My NA horsepower was disappointing, with a high of only 425rwhp. With the smallest nitrous/propane jets using the BTRviper system increased the results to 560rwhp. An increase of 135rwhp, which I was very happy with. I was wondering if anyone else with the genI engine venom 550 package has dynoed their cars and what is their rwhp? Or if someone has any suggestions on why the rwhp was only 425.
Thanks,

John

Sonething's got to be wrong John. I ran 426 rwHP and 466 rwTQ with a 1996 GTS with just a Borla cat-back, smooth tubes, and K&Ns.

BTW do you have any connection to the Viper Club in McHenry on Route 120?

Gerald,

Just as an FYI for you...and everyone else. I just had my newly completed Venom 650R at the Dyno. 564 RWHP and 563 RWTQ. Just as advertised.
