If they do as they did at VOI5 and the MGM Grand, they'll block off the top X floors for the Vipers, so that they can control access to the parking area, instead of having the great unwashed masses constanly driving through.
The VOI info packet said that floors 4&5 would be blocked off. I believe that 4 is the first floor available for customer parking in their garage (the lower floors are used for valet and management parking). So, I'm pretty sure they'll let us up to 9. If not, then we'll have to meet on the highest floor we can get to.
If you guys want, just look for a white SRT-4 ACR (look for the BBS rims) - there are only two cars like it in Vegas.
