Way way cool. Looks like Sammy answers the questions some posed about BFG not too long ago -------kinda looks like they hold up really well.

I run Michelins, but I really like BFGs too.

The look on Shaun's face when Hubinette hammers the SRT10 is priceless !!!

The look on someone's face the first time they get a "real" ride in a viper is always priceless.

BFG is a long way from a Bargain Basement tire. I know the Motorsports Directors for both brands and you are talking about two companies heavily into performance rubber. Raced on both over the last 30 years and they are enthusiast tire companies.

With competitive tires in Off Road, Road Racing, Drag Radials, Autocross, etc. BFG is a commanding presence in the performance world.

Michelin is aware of this and fortunately as the parent company pursues a common thread that performance engineering and activity in sport is important to a tire's developement. At 130mph in the rain at Miller Motorsports Park one appreciates the wet capabilities of a KDW and that tells one alot more about the actual developement than reading about it.

Link is broken, but this seems to show his enthusiasm:

Shawn White acts like he cured cancer. Not too many more people full of themself then that guy.
If I was undoubtedly the greatest on Earth in two different sports (snowboarding and ramp skateboarding - but insert whatever sport you want) I would be pretty dang confident myself.
