Shop to do purchase inspection near West Liberty, KY?

I'm thinking about buying a 2003 Viper in West Liberty, KY. I want a pre-purchase inspection, however, to make sure everything is in good shape, and not just electrical/mechanical, but also the frame and body, given that there was an accident in the car's past that I do not have any details about.

I also inquired about this vehicle. Nice guy. He said he had it checked at a Frame shop and was okay. Ask him for that report then call that shop. For things other than structural damage, like mechanicals or the body, I would take to dealer close by.
