Snake Oly/Collectors Choice Shocks and Springs

I was wondering what everyone thought about the Snake Oyl Shocks Springs. They seem to be a reasonable alternative to spending $4K+ on Motons or Penske's. Am I right here? Am I missing something? Anyone have any feedback for me?

What are your plans with the car? Cruising and polishing for shows, then stick with the stock or revalved stock shocks and Eibach lowering springs. For flat out performance since your from California go to Eric Messley (EMI Racing) and get the Smack Daddy himself P. Mumford setup which would be the ultimate 4K plus with another plus your referring to. Anywhere in between well you would be looking for more later. You definitely get what you pay for in this arena. I haven't come across anyone that said they had the Snakeoyl setup yet. Give Jon B a call at Partsrack, I'm sure he can save you some money going thru him.
