After several attempts to have a warranty issue resolved by local dealerships, one phone call to Chuck Tator was all that was needed. It took 5 minutes to find out that my parts were covered under warranty, exactly what steps I needed to follow, and the time frame for completion. Local Dodge has still yet to get back to me with their answer on these issues . For anyone with questions regarding warranty work or just anything related to Viper, Chuck is the man. he helped me this week with my warranty. I didnt know what was left to it and he let me know it was good till 05 and 25K miles.

so after next year im gonna have to buy one from him.
