My '94 started right up after I installed new battery and had the alarm reset. I lost my keyfob ($75! ouch) and when I replaced my battery I must have engaged the alarm.
The tech from Lake Norman Dodge, Brendan, actually came to my house with the new keyfob and programmed the keyfob which disengaged my alarm.
BTW-'94's don't have a disengage switch, you have to manually override the system. He had to call the factory to find out.
Thanks to the postings to my response and the past threads I was to figure it out. The illustrated pictures of how to replace the battery also helped. The designer of the battery compartment should be fired. Took over hour and half!
