There are lots of exhaust options out there. Your individual preferences are the primary factors in making the right choice. The best way to gather information is to get together with some fellow Viper owners (a VCA event is great for that), talk to them, and ride with them and have them drive by. That's the only sure way to make an informed decision.
If you are at all concerned about the exhaust being too loud, then the Corsa may be the right option for you. I chose the Corsa because it sounds great at WOT, a good sound cruising around town, and even at idle, but at highway speeds in 5th and 6th gear it's pretty docile. (Actually less drone than stock.) It's not uncommon for me to take my GTS out for a drive on a nice day and spend 4-6 hours in the car; I didn't want to listen to an exhaust roar for that long a time. Don't expect any power increase, however, with the Corsa. Their claim of 18 HP is pure BS. (In general, most of the exhaust manufacturers' claims of HP increases are inflated.)
If, on the other hand, you're not at all concerned about the exhaust being too loud, and you want more power, get the Belanger headers and exhaust and remove the cats. I had a friend with that setup in a 97 GTS, and that car was LOUD! And he put some bullet mufflers in the exhaust. As I recall, before and after dynos showed a 28-HP increase.
Maybe the hot ticket would be Belanger headers, high-flow cats, and the Corsa cat-back. That might be the next step up from the Corsa.
I am very satisfied with my Corsa cat-back. The tips look great, and the fit and finish and ease of installation were excellent.
