Looks great! I never thought or noticed the clear markers but now that it was brought to my attention they do look better to me.
Still i don't think you should worry about it. Its just not that big of a deal.

97SNK....I have a '99GTS that I bought brand new. Black on black GTS. As I recall black on black was standard and the cognac was an extra cost option....some liked it, others didn't.
