On my new 06 coupe I ve noticed two slightly irritating traits. One, you have to slam the trunk to get it to close all the way. Whe you us the fob to open the trunk it doesnt always release the latch completely and two, when you close the driver's door, you get a glass rattling noise that sounds cheap. Do they all do this or am I the lucky one.

Flash, I have a new VOI car and it does the same exact thing although I haven't noticed the driver side window rattling. I can tell you that if you leave the window open at least a little bit the rear hatch should shut fine. I guess it's vacuum which is not a bad thing. Dan

My new o6 coupe does the same thing. I have found that if the trunk does not release on the first try, push it down just a little and then hit the fob again. Works for me>

I also noticed on my 06 coupe the door window rattling sound on the pass door. Cold weather plays tricks on several parts of the car. Also I have seen the window index while it is 2 inches down. Sometimes it is in the wrong place and needs to learn again. Especially if you disc battery like i have been doing installing diff comps. My trunk does the same thing it can be adjusted so it says in the manual. How about the driveshaft moving and the rear clunking when you put it in first at a light. The brake is on the clutch is down yet you shove it in first and the driveshaft and rear clunk. How the hell could it move if the brake is on and the clutch is down. Just like wife you love it anyway...

Exactly the same on mine, my vert did not have any of these symptoms, must be a coupe thing.....I just leave the windows down, it eliminates two out of three :2tu:
